Coach Deja Griggs has been involved in the gymnastics community since she was 4 years old. She was an optional level competitive gymnast in Central California, and naturally fell into coaching in her hometown gym when she was just 16. After graduating college with her BS in Kinesiology, Deja continued her coaching career in San Jose, Sacramento and then settled into beautiful Southern California. In 2018 Deja created a visual aid for coaches and gymnasts called Gym Dots. Gym Dots are being sold through Norbert's Athletic Products and are now finding their home in many gyms around the world! Coach Deja continued her entrepreneurial spirit and opened Dreamers Gymnastics. After 20 years of coaching toddlers to high level competitive teens, Deja wanted to share her love for gymnastics with more children.
She built her mobile gymnastics program from 2019-2021 and acquired quite a long waiting list which inspired her to open a store front location in the heart of Costa Mesa. In 2022 Dreamers Gymnastics found its permanent home in the Westport Shopping center. Deja is thrilled to finally be able to enroll more students into her program and share her love of gymnastics with the children of Costa Mesa and Newport Beach.

- Dreamers Gymnastics currently offers gymnastics/tumbling classes for girls ages 2-18 and for boys 2-5
- We carry liability insurance and are first aid and CPR certified.
